Formerly Dean of GE University China and Global Executive Dean of Alibaba Corporate University, he has worked across the industrial, internet and AI eras on organizational change and leadership. He created the 1391 Strategy-to-Execution Framework and founded the Liang Jian thought brand and learning community — continuing his mission to connect, develop and inspire the leaders of today and tomorrow.
